New Forest CAB Client Satisfaction Survey
We are delighted with the results of our recent client satisfaction survey. The results reflected the high quality of service provided by the advisers, with most questions receiving an approval rating of 99% or more. When asked: ‘Overall, how happy are you with the service you received?’ 99% of clients were either ‘Very happy’ or ‘happy’, with over two-thirds of those surveyed ticking the top box saying they were ‘Very happy’.
High scores of 99% were achieved for: ‘How happy are you with the information and advice you have received?’ and ‘How happy are you about the time you had to discuss your problem?” 98% was achieved for ‘Would you use the CAB service again?’
Commenting on the survey results, Operations Manager Jeff Wiltshire said: “This is an excellent achievement. It shows that all the hard work and effort put in by our assessors and advisers, nearly all of whom are volunteers, to deliver a quality service is really appreciated by the public that we serve.”
