Volunteer Recruitment Open Day

We are putting out a call for New Volunteers. Come and join us!

We asked our current volunteers why they enjoy their role. This is what they told us:

‘It’s a chance to give something back to the community’

‘I love helping people: it’s so satisfying when you see you’ve relieved the stress on someone who has come to you with a problem’

‘It keeps my mind stimulated and other volunteers are a good crowd’

We are looking for volunteers to join our busy and active teams across the New Forest.
There are a variety of roles to challenge you and make use of your skills and experience.
For some, volunteering for us can be a route to paid employment.
We have several ways in which we help our clients including face-to-face, telephone adviceline, and web-chat.

There are also administrative opportunities.

You will receive full training and ongoing support in your work with clients and will always have access to the comprehensive Citizens Advice database to inform the advice you give.

We are having an Open Day at our Lymington Office in New Street on Wednesday 9th September 2015
If you would like to learn more and chat to our staff and volunteers, please come along between 12.30pm and 3.00pm.

If you cannot make this date, but are still interested, please ring 01590 679312 or email us.
